Full payment at time of booking. VAT Included. VAT Invoices provided for business bookings.

Payment by Bank Transfer prior to Departure.

  • Qualified Skipper and Deckhand
  • Berth at Home Port
  • Supervised use of Tender – Full Day charter only
  • Use of crockery, cutlery, fridge, freezer, oven, hob and microwave
  • Toilets, hot water and a private space to change
  • Use of paddle boards, masks, snorkels and flippers
  • VAT – A VAT Invoice can be provided
  • Fuel

Price Excludes

  • Host/Hostess – This can be arranged by prior agreement
  • Food and Drinks – Please bring your own or arrange with us seperately
  • Dishwashing, clearing-up and waste disposal
  • Berths away from our Home Port if on an overnight trip
  • Damage by negligence
  • Parking – This is available behind the Hotel at the Quay by using the EVOLOGY parking App

BOOKING & DEPOSITS

A £500 deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance payable 24 hours before departure. By paying the deposit, the Charterer indicates acceptance of the charter terms and responsibilities set out in the Contract.

If your charter is cancelled by Seven Days due to adverse weather or operational reasons, all payments will be fully refunded.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If your plans change, charter dates may be amended subject to availability.

  • More than 7 days notice — no cancellation fee
  • 2–7 days before charter — 50% of charter fee payable
  • Less than 48 hours — full charter fee payable

Every private experience is led by an experienced RYA Yachtmaster, with guest comfort and safety at the heart of every charter.

Before departure, your skipper will provide a short safety briefing to help you feel relaxed and prepared for your time on the water.
